English: Jioufen old street is one of the busiest street in Jioufen. The street and the house are built along the mountain slope, forming a vertical chessboard. Starting from the bottom are three transmeridional roads--Cingbian Road, Jishan Street and Ciche Road. Most of the snack shops are located in Jishan Street. Shuci Road, where most tea shops are located, is formed with hundreds of stone steps. Some shops sell snacks of traditional flavor, including taro and sweet potato, rice cake with taro, taro ball and more.
