羅蘭士·奧利花獎（英語：Laurence Olivier Awards）是以英國著名演員羅蘭士·奧利花命名的舞台劇獎項，由倫敦劇院學會提供獎金，是國際公認的舞台劇藝術大獎，相當於百老匯的東尼獎。
羅蘭士·奧利花獎通常簡稱為「奧利佛獎」，每年獎將覆蓋藝術類的各類派別：戲劇、音樂會、舞蹈、戲曲等。大多數獎都頒發給了引人矚目的商業作品。
1976年，羅蘭士·奧利花獎首次頒獎，1984年，獎項用羅蘭士·奧利花的名字改名。[1] 獎項由倫敦社會劇院提供獎金，相當於百老匯的東尼獎。
