董晗鵬MP（英語：Han Peng Dong，1977—[1]）是加拿大政治人物，為選區Don Valley North的國會議員 (MP)。董晗鵬於2019年代表自由黨當選為下議院議員，曾於2014年至2018年期間擔任安大略自由黨選區Trinity-Spadina的省議會議員 (MPP) 。 2023年3月，董因被指控建議中國駐多倫多總領事反對釋放麥可·斯帕弗與康明凱，並幫助領事館干預2019年加拿大聯邦選舉，而退出自由黨黨團，現為無黨籍議員。

董晗鵬[2]出生於上海。他在13歲時隨家人移居多倫多，他們定居在多倫多的Parkdale社區。 [3]他與妻子Sophie以及其兩名孩子居住在多倫多。 [4]
董曾擔任Chianti Foods的營銷總監，其後在非營利性的加拿大上海商會（Canada Shanghai Business Association）工作。自從轉向政壇後，他在皇后公園工作了九年，擔任安大略自由黨內閣部長Gerry Phillips的省議員聯絡人，最近擔任公民和移民部長Michael Coteau的社區外展高級顧問。 [5]
2023年3月21日，根據加拿大環球郵報報導[6]和加拿大安全情報局文件[7]，董晗鵬被指控協助中國駐加拿大大使館干預加拿大選舉，並且提出中方應該推遲釋放兩名加拿大人質。董晗鵬因為該指控退出自由黨黨團[8]。他否認該指控，並且稱要提告環球郵報。
