若昂·德·巴羅什（葡萄牙語：João de Barros，1496年—1570年10月20日），文藝復興時期歐洲航海家。[1]於1539年率領一支探險隊到達巴西北部。[2]在回到葡萄牙後，他著書敘述葡萄牙對亞洲的征服。[3]
