萬戶是位於月球背面，從地球上不能直接看到的一個撞擊坑。它躺在赫茲布朗坑巨大環壁噴發物外緣西南的平原上，在萬戶的南南西方是大的帕邢環形山，和一個較小但在西北方兩個坑直徑的謝切諾夫環形山。
像周圍的許多地形一樣，這個火山口已經有些改變，從赫茲布朗坑噴發出的物質已經成縱列的侵入萬戶的內壁和內部。附加在環外東南的是屬於東邊遠處埃文斯環形山的大衛星坑，埃文斯Q。在西側環壁外緣的東南那兒還有一個相對新鮮的杯狀小坑。
用來命名這個特徵的萬戶，在中國的傳說紀錄中是所謂的第一個太空人。
