《1580年宗教法令》（英語：Religion Act 1580；23 Eliz.1 c. 1）是英格蘭國會在英格蘭宗教改革時期制定的一項法令。[1]
該法令訂定，慫恿英格蘭臣民放棄對女皇的效忠，勸說他人由英格蘭教會改宗天主教會，以及允諾服從外國權威，均屬叛逆。
該法令還將對缺席禮拜的罰款提高至每月20英鎊，或監禁直至其遵守禮拜規定。此外，該法令對舉行及參加彌撒的人處以罰款及監禁。[2]
