我的A级秘密(Can You Keep a Secret?)，是英国女作家苏菲·金索拉首本独立作品，由英国Dial Press Trade Paperback出版社于2003年3月1日在英国发行。台湾正式翻译本于2004年6月，由馥林文化出版。新版于2019年6月，由春天出版发行。
剧情大纲[编辑]
艾玛(Emma Corrigan)是一位25岁的英国年轻女子，在一间可乐公司从事采购助理工作，过着稳定但平淡的生活。艾玛有一位在同公司工作的“完美”男朋友，但她依然觉得人生少了些激情与刺激。有一次出差从苏格兰回到英国本土的飞机上，她与一位美国男子坐在一起，因为飞机突然遇到乱流，在惊慌之余，艾玛将她生活上的一些小秘密通通都跟那位美国男子讲。回到公司后，以为再也不会见到那名男子的艾玛，却意外地看到那名美国男子原来是公司的创办人之一，也就是老板杰克(Jack)。
杰克得知原来那名同班机的奇妙英国女子是艾玛之后，就开始对艾玛的生活感到兴趣。在艾玛与男朋友分手之后，两人顺利地开始约会。一场访谈中，杰克无意间将艾玛的小秘密都说了出去，因此让艾玛相当生气。最后杰克承认他的错误并且与艾玛分享他的人生，最后两人和好，并且幸福地在一起。
