Justin.tv，于2007年3月建立，创办人为简彦豪。总部位于美国加利福尼亚州旧金山。它是一个可即时聊天的个人在线音乐与影音流平台。
2011年6月，分割出聚焦于电子游戏直播的网站“Twitch”。2014年2月，Twitch.tv与Justin.Tv的母公司改名为“Twitch Interactive”[1]。同年8月5日，Justin.tv终止服务[2][3][4]。
