揚升大師

揚升大師（英語：Ascended masters）是神智學提出的一類精神體^[1]，它們本是人類，但通過一系列儀式轉變為精神形態，存在於「第六度空間」^[2]。

這個詞最早由貝爾德·T·斯波爾丁（英語：Baird T. Spalding）在1924年於《遠東大師的生活與教導》（Life and Teachings of the Masters of the Far East）一書中提出，通過蓋伊·巴拉德（英語：Guy Ballard）的《揭開神秘》（Unveiled Mysteries）一書^[3]和1930年代早期的「I AM」運動^[4]推廣。
