方形環棱螺（學名：Sinotaia quadrata）[3]:26是淡水螺的一個物種，有鰓和螺厴，屬於一種田螺科環棱螺亞科的淡水生腹足綱軟體動物。舊屬環棱螺屬[3]:26，今屬石田螺屬。中國廣西的人氣食品螺螄粉就是以本物種煮的湯製成[4]。
