倫敦公司（London Company），也叫弗吉尼亞倫敦公司（Virginia Company of London），是1606年由詹姆斯一世頒佈皇家憲章成立的一家股份公司，公司的目標是在北美建立殖民地。

英王的憲章允許倫敦公司的土地在北美東岸北緯34度到41度開闢100-平方英里（260-平方公里）的殖民地，其中38度以北的土地需要和普利茅斯公司共同開發。詹姆斯鎮殖民地就是由該公司建立的。公司靠賣煙草和經濟作物獲利，但由於英格蘭殖民地政策調整和詹姆斯頓大屠殺的爆發，公司在1624年倒閉。其子公司薩默斯群島倫敦公司（The London Company of The Somers Isles）繼續運營至1684年。
