英格兰及威尔士资深主审法官
英格兰及威尔士资深主审法官（英语：Senior Presiding Judge for England and Wales）是英格兰及威尔士上诉法院法官，由英格兰及威尔士首席法官任命，负责监督英格兰和威尔士各司法辖区内的主审法官。首席法官有权为每六个司法辖区任命两名或以上的主审法官以监督各地方法官如巡回法官、地方法官、特委法官和裁判官。而资深主审法官负责各地方司法辖区内的人事任免及加强法院、司法机构与政府间的联络。
资深主审法官一职在1983年创立，Sir Tasker Watkins是首位担任该职和在位时间最长的法官[1]。该职位随着1990年法院及法律服务法令颁布而获得法律基础[2][3]。

随着《2005年宪制改革法令》颁布，资深主审法官职责大增，至使首席法官需为该职位设立副手[14]。暂委资深主审法官一职曾两度因原法官升职而悬空得二十一个月之久。
