《1876年上诉司法管辖权法令》（英语：Appellate Jurisdiction Act 1876；39 & 40 Vict c 59）是英国国会的一项法令，变更了上议院的司法职能，准许高级法官以终身贵族的身份成为上议院议员，称为常任上诉法官（Lords of Appeal in Ordinary），简称上院法官（Law Lords）。^[4]1876年10月16日，科林·布莱克本（英语：Colin Blackburn, Baron Blackburn）获委任成为首位常任上诉法官，并成为布莱克本勋爵。

该法令由《2005年宪制改革法令（英语：Constitutional Reform Act 2005）》^[5]废除，新法令将上议院的司法职能移交予英国最高法院，原首席常任上诉法官（Senior Lord of Appeal in Ordinary）的职位由英国最高法院院长取代。英国在设立最高法院后，不再委任常任上诉法官。最后一位常任上诉法官布赖恩·科尔（英语：Brian Kerr, Baron Kerr of Tonaghmore）爵士于2009年6月29日获委任。
