西馬里蘭鐵路（英語：Western Maryland Railway）是已經停業的美國一級鐵路公司，營運範圍涵括馬里蘭州、賓夕法尼亞州、西維吉尼亞州。其業務範圍主要為貨運與煤礦運輸，也有少量客運服務。西馬里蘭鐵路在1973年併入切西系統，但仍維持獨立運作到1975年5月，其後許多路線停駛，改由平行的巴爾的摩與俄亥俄鐵路路線運輸。1983年西馬里蘭鐵路完全併入巴爾的摩與俄亥俄鐵路 [2]
目前西馬里蘭觀光鐵路利用西馬里蘭鐵路的部分路線，行駛於坎伯蘭至弗羅斯特堡之間。
