美國女子公開賽（英語：United States Women's Open Championship）是一項女子職業高爾夫巡迴賽賽事，也是美國女子職業高爾夫球巡迴賽（LPGA Tour）的大滿貫層級賽事，也是唯一一項設立時就屬於大滿貫賽事的公開賽。

與美國公開賽相異，美國女子公開賽並未被全球公認為大滿貫賽事。歐洲女子高爾夫巡迴賽（Ladies European Tour）不承認美國舉行的三場大滿貫賽事，而日本女子高爾夫巡迴賽有自己的大滿貫賽事。

在2007年，非美國選手人數第一次超過美國選手[1]。2008年贏得冠軍是韓國的朴仁妃（Inbee Park），當時她年僅19歲，成為賽事有史以來最年輕的冠軍。

2011年錦標賽於7月7號至10日在科羅拉多斯普林斯布羅穆爾球場（Broadmoor Golf Club）舉行，冠軍是韓國的柳箫然。

美國女子公開賽設立於1946年，成為美國女子職業高爾夫巡迴賽大滿貫層級賽事。
