English: And here's your connection to San Sebastian at Hendaye.
After getting off a huge double-decker high-speed French train, this might feel like a novelty toy train. But it's anything but. It's an excellent transport link that will pick you up at Hendaye and can take you over the border, not only to San Sebastian but right across the Basque region in northern Spain. You could even go all the way to Bilbao, though it would take 3 hours or so from here. Its main purpose is to serve local stations so it has lots of stops. You buy your ticket at the machine and hop on - 2 Euros 50. |
