小塞繆爾·W·米查姆（英語：Samuel W. Mitcham Jr.）是美國一位作家和軍事歷史學家，專門研究二戰期間德國和美國內戰期間南方聯盟國的戰爭行为。他著有40多本專著，並曾與吉恩·穆勒（Gene Mueller）等其他歷史學家合作[1]。

米查姆1949年出生於路易斯安那州的梅鲁日，他目前住在門羅。米查姆已婚，是兩個孩子的父親。米查姆參加了越戰，擔任美國陸軍直升機飛行員。他在東北路易斯安那大學學習新聞學，並在北卡羅來納州立大學學習科學。米查姆獲得了博士學位。1986年獲得田納西大學地理學博士學位[2][3]。米查姆在亨德森州立大學、喬治亞南方大學和路易斯安那大學門羅分校教授地理學、歷史地理學和軍事史[2][4][5][6]。CBS、BBC、NPR和歷史頻道曾向他提供諮詢[2]。他也是美國軍事學院前客座教授。米查姆曾為多個網站、期刊和智庫撰寫文章，例如《蘇聯軍事研究雜誌》和阿布維爾研究所[7]。
