Center Township is one of the fourteen townships of Morgan County, 俄亥俄州, 美国. The 2000 census found 652 people in the township.[3]

[编辑]Located in the eastern part of the county, 与以下镇区接壤：
- Manchester Township - 北
- Sharon Township, Noble County - 北east
- Jackson Township, Noble County - 东
- Adams Township, Washington County - 东南 corner
- Waterford Township, Washington County - 南
- Windsor Township - 南west
- Meigsville Township - 西
- Bristol Township - 北west corner
Despite its name, Center Township is not in the center of Morgan County; it is located farther east than any other township in the county.
No municipalities are located in Center Township.
Name and history
[编辑]It is one of nine Center Townships statewide.[4]
政府
[编辑]镇区有3人组成的理事会管理。理事会理事选举在奇数年11月举行，并在来年1月1日开始四年任期。两名理事的选举在总统选举后一年举行，另一名的选举在总统选举前一年举行。镇区财务官亦由选举产生[5]，与一名镇区理事选举同时举行，不过在来年4月1日才开始四年任期。若财务官或理事职位有空缺，将由剩余理事填补。
As of 2007, the trustees are Richard Border, Thomas Brothes, and Donald Reynolds, and the clerk is Joan Duskey.[6]
