Goshen Township is one of the twelve townships of Champaign County, 俄亥俄州, United States. The 2010 census reported 3,696 people living in the township,[3] 2,052 of whom lived in the unincorporated portions of the township.[4]

[编辑]Located in the southeastern corner of the county, 与以下镇区接壤：

- Union Township, Union County - 北east
- Pike Township, Madison County - 东
- Somerford Township, Madison County - 东南
- Pleasant Township, Clark County - 南
- Union Township - 西
- Wayne Township - 北west corner
The village of Mechanicsburg is located in the center of the township.
Name and history
[编辑]It is one of seven Goshen Townships statewide.[5]
Goshen Township was established about 1815 from land given by Union Township.[6]
政府
[编辑]镇区有3人组成的理事会管理。理事会理事选举在奇数年11月举行，并在来年1月1日开始四年任期。两名理事的选举在总统选举后一年举行，另一名的选举在总统选举前一年举行。镇区财务官亦由选举产生[7]，与一名镇区理事选举同时举行，不过在来年4月1日才开始四年任期。若财务官或理事职位有空缺，将由剩余理事填补。
