Jackson Township is one of the twenty townships of Darke County, 俄亥俄州, 美国. The 2000 census found 3,057 people in the township, 1,290 of whom lived in the unincorporated portions of the township.[3]

Located in the northwestern part of the county, 与以下镇区接壤：

- Wayne Township, Randolph County, Indiana - 南west
- Jackson Township, Randolph County, Indiana - 北west
The village of Union City is located in western Jackson Township, along the Indiana border.
Name and history[编辑]
It is one of thirty-seven Jackson Townships statewide.[4]
Jackson Township was split from Washington Township in 1833 but reduced by the creation of Gibson Township (now a part of Mercer County) in 1836. Ten families who arrived in the area in 1829 were the first settlers within the modern boundaries of the township.[5]
