Keene Township is one of the twenty-two townships of Coshocton County, 俄亥俄州, 美国. As of the 2010 census the population was 1,690.[3]

Located in the north central part of the county, 与以下镇区接壤:
- Mill Creek Township - 北
- Crawford Township - 北east corner
- White Eyes Township - 东
- Lafayette Township - 东南 corner
- Tuscarawas Township - 南
- Jackson Township - 南west
- Bethlehem Township - 西
- Clark Township - 北west corner
No municipalities are located in Keene Township, although the unincorporated community of Keene lies at the center of the township.
Name and history[编辑]
Keene Township was organized in 1824.[4][5] It was named after Keene, New Hampshire.[6]
It is the only Keene Township statewide.[7]
政府[编辑]
镇区有3人组成的理事会管理。理事会理事选举在奇数年11月举行,并在来年1月1日开始四年任期。两名理事的选举在总统选举后一年举行,另一名的选举在总统选举前一年举行。镇区财务官亦由选举产生[8],与一名镇区理事选举同时举行,不过在来年4月1日才开始四年任期。若财务官或理事职位有空缺,将由剩余理事填补。
