Parkman Township is one of the sixteen townships of Geauga County, 俄亥俄州, 美国. The 2010 census found 4,131 people in the township.[3]

Located in the southeastern corner of the county, 与以下镇区接壤:
- Middlefield Township - 北
- Mesopotamia Township, Trumbull County - 北east corner
- Farmington Township, Trumbull County - 东
- Southington Township, Trumbull County - 东南 corner
- Nelson Township, Portage County - 南
- Hiram Township, Portage County - 南west corner
- Troy Township - 西
- Burton Township - 北west corner
No municipalities are located in Parkman Township, although the unincorporated community of Parkman lies in the southern part of the township.
Name and history[编辑]
It is the only Parkman Township statewide.[4]
In 1833, Parkman Township contained two mercantile stores, a tavern, and several mills.[5]
政府[编辑]
镇区有3人组成的理事会管理。理事会理事选举在奇数年11月举行,并在来年1月1日开始四年任期。两名理事的选举在总统选举后一年举行,另一名的选举在总统选举前一年举行。镇区财务官亦由选举产生[6],与一名镇区理事选举同时举行,不过在来年4月1日才开始四年任期。若财务官或理事职位有空缺,将由剩余理事填补。
