Pike Township is one of the ten townships of Clark County, 俄亥俄州, 美国. The 2010 census reported 3,730 people living in the township,[3] 3,246 of whom lived in the unincorporated portions of the township.[4]

[编辑]Located in the northwestern corner of the county, 与以下镇区接壤:
- Jackson Township, Champaign County - 北
- Mad River Township, Champaign County - 北east corner
- German Township - 东
- Bethel Township - 南
- Bethel Township, Miami County - 南west
- Elizabeth Township, Miami County - 西
- Lostcreek Township, Miami County - 北west corner
Part of the city of New Carlisle is located in southwestern Pike Township, and the village of North Hampton is located in the east.
Name and history
[编辑]Pike Township was formed in 1818.[5]
It is one of eight Pike Townships statewide.[6]
政府
[编辑]镇区有3人组成的理事会管理。理事会理事选举在奇数年11月举行,并在来年1月1日开始四年任期。两名理事的选举在总统选举后一年举行,另一名的选举在总统选举前一年举行。镇区财务官亦由选举产生[7],与一名镇区理事选举同时举行,不过在来年4月1日才开始四年任期。若财务官或理事职位有空缺,将由剩余理事填补。
