Richland Township is one of the twenty townships of Darke County, 俄亥俄州, 美国. The 2000 census found 862 people in the township.[3]

Located in the central part of the county, 与以下镇区接壤：
- York Township - 北
- Wayne Township - 北east
- Adams Township - 东南
- Greenville Township - 南west
- Brown Township - 北west
No municipalities are located in Richland Township, although several unincorporated communities lie there:
- Beamsville, in the center, near the Stillwater River
- Dawn, in the north, which was originally known as Nevada[4]
- Stelvideo, in the south adjacent to the border with Adams Township.
Name and history[编辑]
It is one of twelve Richland Townships statewide.[5]
Richland Township was established in 1820.[6]
