York Township is one of the fourteen townships of Athens County, 俄亥俄州, 美国. The 2010 census found 7,761 people in the township,[3] 1,811 of whom lived in the unincorporated portions of the township.

Located in the northwestern corner of the county, 与以下镇区接壤:
- Ward Township, Hocking County - 北
- Trimble Township - 北east corner
- Dover Township - 东
- Athens Township - 东南 corner
- Waterloo Township - 南
- Brown Township, Vinton County - 南west corner
- Starr Township, Hocking County - 西
- Green Township, Hocking County - 北west corner
The city of Nelsonville is located in northern York Township, and the village of Buchtel is located in the northeast corner of the township.
Name and history[编辑]
York Township was organized in 1818.[4]
It is one of ten York Townships statewide.[5]

镇区有3人组成的理事会管理。理事会理事选举在奇数年11月举行,并在来年1月1日开始四年任期。两名理事的选举在总统选举后一年举行,另一名的选举在总统选举前一年举行。镇区财务官亦由选举产生[6],与一名镇区理事选举同时举行,不过在来年4月1日才开始四年任期。若财务官或理事职位有空缺,将由剩余理事填补。
