Nogle Limited is a venture studio aiming at identifying, developing and building technology-focused companies in succession, headquartered in Hong Kong with its major innovation basis and R&D center in Taipei, Taiwan. The company was founded by Jonathan Leong, Calvin Lim and Carlos Salas in 2014.The company model is known as a startup studio or a venture builder.[1]

Nogle focuses on creating startups from ground up using technology and an efficient venture-building process. The company provides technology know-how, development and management skills to its business partners with funding injection to turn the ideas into working businesses.
The company’s hybrid investor/builder model has led to both investments in fast-growing startups like TNG Wallet, Hong Kong’s most popular e-wallet with the largest P2P network as well as more exclusive stakes in internally built ventures like Style.me, a 3D virtual fitting platform for online retailers that allows customers to try-on, mix and match outfits.

The "Venture Studio" approach, also known as startup studio or startup factory, is considered a combination of product development and company building. Nogle invests and tackles new ventures from initial concept, providing required resources and proper support to build and scale the ventures into successful spun-off companies.
Unlike incubators or accelerators, which provide entrepreneurial support to start-up teams with human capital including mentorship, consultants and networking resources, or venture capitals, which focus on pouring in financial capital. Nogle allocates the two types of capital more effectively and cost-efficiently in a centrally managed operation model, sharing people, resources, and technologies to secure the success of ventures.
With the focus on comprehensive product development powered by a wide range of in-house technological strengths, Nogle provides engineering teams dedicated to software development to ensure stable product growth with full stack development, proprietary technology for hardware–software integration, and database management—all supplemented with user-interface design and project management procedures.

A 3D virtual-fitting solution for the online and brick-and-mortar retail industry. This technology allows customers try on 3D (virtually rendered) versions of clothing apparel on a personal avatar simulating the customers’ body to determine how items fit and mix and match.
Fintech
- TNG Wallet
TNG is the first licensed e-wallet in Hong Kong with the ability to instantly send cash across borders, with over 370,000 download and usage rate. Since its launch in 2015, TNG has become the largest Peer-to-peer network in Hong Kong. Nogle has facilitated and procured funding to invest in TNG and establish a new joint venture for expanding TNG's footprint in Southeast Asia.
- BondLinc
Mobile trading platform for corporate and sovereign bonds designed for private banking customers. This solution provides a comprehensive suite of tools and puts clients, sales and traders in the same loop on the same trading platform, allowing them to select, research, trade and track bonds. The venture has already spun off into an independent company in Singapore market.
- Nogle Trading Solutions (NTS)
A High-frequency trading (HFT) platform for trading institutions and brokerages with software packages and API libraries for exchange connectivity, automated trading strategies development and deployment, strategy research, data analysis, risk management, and performance monitoring. The venture has already successfully entered China market and become independent company.
