A Global Block??

@Yamla (talk) Hey, it's me again. I am your blocked user from English Wikipedia, you know it. Well, what is a global block? Does it means when sb makes bad behaviour like me and they're making something more seriously damaging to another Wikipedia and the editor will not be able to edit any language Wikipedias (block by other language Wikipedias)? Well, except this and what will the editor got when they have global block? Answer me. Thanks. Well, these days I really really wanna say sorry to you. Because I lied to you, and you are really really annoying me. Well, now I creat talk page in Chinese Wikipedia (my region is Chinese). I still have to ask you some questions. Don't be angry. But I know you are now be pleased about me. I decided not to make any mistake again and this time I really really keep on not to editing English Wikipedia. And I will take care.
