艾莉森·羅蘭·蘇朵（英語：Alison Loren Sudol，1984年12月23日—）是一名美國創作歌手、鋼琴家和演員。她在音樂界的外號美麗瞬間（英語：A Fine Frenzy）意味著「一個精細的瘋狂滾動」，是取自威廉·莎士比亞的《仲夏夜之夢》中第五幕的第一景[1][2][3]。
蘇朵的首張專輯《One Cell in the Sea》於2007年發行。蘇朵的歌曲已在美國、德國、奧地利、瑞士、波蘭和法國等國發行；截至2012年10月，她已售出超過65萬張專輯[4]。
2016年起，蘇朵在英國奇幻片《怪獸與牠們的產地》及其續集中飾演奎妮·金坦（Queenie Goldstein）。
