艾莉森·罗兰·苏朵儿（英语：Alison Loren Sudol，1984年12月23日—）是一名美国创作歌手、钢琴家和演员。她在音乐界的外号美丽瞬间（英语：A Fine Frenzy）意味着“一个精细的疯狂滚动”，是取自威廉·莎士比亚的《仲夏夜之梦》中第五幕的第一景[1][2][3]。
苏朵儿的首张专辑《One Cell in the Sea》于2007年发行。苏朵儿的歌曲已在美国、德国、奥地利、瑞士、波兰和法国等国发行；截至2012年10月，她已售出超过65万张专辑[4]。
2016年起，苏朵儿在英国奇幻片《怪兽与它们的产地》及其续集中饰演奎妮·金坦（Queenie Goldstein）。
