小劳尔·卡斯提洛（西班牙语：Raúl Castillo Jr，1977年8月30日—）是一名美国男演员和剧作家。他以电影《墨西哥佬》（2007年）、《寒日》（2010年）和HBO电视剧《寻》（2014年至2015年）而闻名。凭借2018年电影《兽之心》中的表现入围独立精神奖最佳男配角。

小劳尔·卡斯提洛出生于得克萨斯州麦卡伦，是劳尔·H·卡斯提洛（Raúl H.
