小亨利·范恩（英语：Henry Vane the Younger，1613年3月26日—1662年6月14日），是英格兰共和国时期议会派政治家，他的父亲是老亨利·范恩（英语：Henry Vane the Elder）爵士。范恩在英国内战期间与新模范军领袖奥利弗·克伦威尔密切合作，革命胜利后进入国务会议任职。由于他在共和国的政治理念上与克伦威尔存在分歧，他被克伦威尔免去了议员资格。之后他长期在野，直到1658年克伦威尔去世，范恩才重新被选入议会而掌权^[1]^[2]^[3]。斯图亚特王朝复辟后，范恩被指控在革命期间犯有叛国罪，并于1662年6月14日在伦敦塔丘被斩首^[4]。
