彭斯规则

彭斯规则（英语：The Pence Rule），又称葛培理原则（英语：Billy Graham rule），是指第48任美国副总统麦克·彭斯于演讲中谈到自己如何避嫌并且让太太谅解自己工作的方式，包括尽量不要跟异性有肢体接触，不和异性饮酒行为等避嫌措施。^[1]

其原则源自福音派教会传统；葛培理原则的名字，即源自福音派牧师葛培理。^[2]

2018年3月，忠清南道知事安熙正因女秘书指控性骚扰而辞去知事一职后，彭斯规则或类似的理念在韩国中年男性中获得很大的认同。很多的上班族男性起而仿效。彭斯规则也在韩国的网络热搜关键字排上前几名。然而，韩国男性的彭斯规则是在职场上以“完全避开女性”的方式避免职场性骚扰，反而使女性排除在企业人际互动之外^[3]。

2018年同年，脸书营运长桑德伯格批评彭斯规则是性别歧视：“至于这彭斯守则，要是你坚持要跟随，那么便采纳修订版本。不要与女同事单独晚餐？无问题。但要公平：不与任何人单独晚餐。与所有人早餐或午餐。或只是一伙人的晚餐，没有单对单。无论你怎样选择，公平对待女性和男性。”^[4]^[5]
