拉蒙·拜希尔·加洛韦（英语：Ramon Bysheer Galloway[1]，1991年2月10日[1]—）为美国男子篮球运动员。加洛韦成长于宾夕凡尼亚州费城日耳曼敦，父亲在加洛韦两岁时中弹而双眼失明。加洛韦就读Freire Charter School两年以后南下来到佛罗里达州棕榈滩郡棕榈滩与阿姨同住，改就读William T. Dwyer High School（英语：William T. Dwyer High School），大学最初入读南卡罗来纳大学，为了离家人近一点，加洛韦升上大三时选择转学到拉塞尔大学，并获得NCAA豁免转学不需禁赛一年的处分，加洛韦可直接披上拉塞尔大学的球衣。[2][3][4][5]大四那年加洛韦以场均17.2分、4.6篮板、3.7助攻的成绩带领球队闯进16强，加洛韦在16强的表现被认为能在NBA选秀第二轮获得球队青睐，但加洛韦没有获邀参加NBA选秀联合训练营，而是排定与11支球队选前进行测试，加洛韦与第二支球队华盛顿奇才进行测试时扭伤了脚踝，不得不取消剩余9支球队的测试，之后获得NBA夏季联赛代表丹佛掘金出赛机会[6]。

第19季SBL超级篮球联赛加洛韦代表台湾啤酒出赛了12场，场均可贡献20.4分、4.2助攻、7.8篮板，2022年1月27日加入T1联盟台湾啤酒英熊[7][8]。4月22日，加洛韦因家中长辈离世离队，留下出赛11场，场均26分、6.3篮板、6.3助攻的表现[9]。6月14日，加洛韦加盟多米尼加球队圣地亚哥地铁（英语：Metros de Santiago）[10]。7月24日，加洛韦转战委内瑞拉球队首都斯巴达（英语：Spartans Distrito Capital）[11]。10月11日，加洛韦在印尼篮球联赛（英语：Indonesian Basketball League）选秀中被德瓦联（Dewa United）选中并加入球队[12][13]。加洛韦场均可为球队贡献20.6分、3.47助攻、6.53篮板，加洛韦入选了IBL明星赛以及夺得扣篮大赛冠军[14]。

2023年5月17日，加洛韦回归首都斯巴达[15]。隔月加洛韦效力圣弗朗西斯科德马库里斯印第安人（英语：Indios de San Francisco de Macorís）[16]。
