2005年大联盟选秀，勇士队在第33轮选进弗劳尔斯。[1][2]他在勇士队待了3年，最高层级上到高阶1A。[3]

2008年12月4日，弗劳尔斯、Brent Lillibridge、Jonathan Gilmore和Santos Rodriguez一同被交易到白袜，勇士换来哈维尔·巴斯克斯和布恩·罗根。[4][5]
