白康迪（Kanti Prasad Bajpai）是一名印度学者、前杜恩公学校长，也是一名知名国际事务分析员[1][2]他也是知名的中国—印度关系专家。[3] 他目前是新加坡国立大学教授，并且担任李光耀公共政策学院的研究副院长[4]。
早年生活和教育[编辑]
白康迪生于印度外交官家庭：父亲Uma Shankar Bajpai是前印度驻加拿大高级专员[5]；叔叔K.S. Bajpai是前驻美国大使；爷爷Girija Shankar Bajpai则是印度独立前驻美国的Agent-General 。他跟随其他家族成员就学于知名的杜恩公学，毕业后前往不列颠哥伦比亚大学取得经济学文学士、政治学硕士，1981年回到母校任教。他其后重新回到北美于伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳-香槟分校修读政治学博士[6]。
