高灵活（英语：Collingwood），又译卡令活[2]、卡冷活[3]、卡冧郁[4]，是澳大利亚维多利亚州墨尔本的一个内城市区，位于墨尔本商业中心区东北3千米（1.9英里）处，雅拉市地方政府行政区内。据2021年澳大利亚人口统计，高灵活的人口为9,179人。
该市区以第一代高灵活男爵命名[5][6]，以士美街、亚历珊卓道（Alexandra Parade）、荷杜街及域多利道（Victoria Parade）为界。
高灵活有众多历史建筑物。许多19世纪的住宅、店铺及工厂仍在运作。社区主干路士美街为该市主要的夜生活及零售带之一，并被评为世界上“最有型”的街道之一。[7]
高灵活现为墨尔本同志村之一，拥有多个面向同志社群的娱乐场所。[8]
