奥斯汀·查尔斯·布莱恩·海斯（英语：Austin Charles Bryan Hays，1995年7月5日—），为美国职棒大联盟的外野手，目前效力于巴尔的摩金莺。
职业生涯[编辑]
金莺队在2016年美国职棒大联盟选秀的第三轮选进海斯，[1][2]而他从短期1A开启职业生涯。2017年，他在短期1A缴出3成36的打击率，因此他升上高阶1A。[3][4]5月26日，他成为高阶1A球队队史首位单场敲出3轰的选手。[5][6]他在6月成功升上2A。[7]这年他在两层级合计缴出3成29的打击率。[8]
2017年9月7日，海斯登上大联盟，[9]为2016年选秀选手第一人。[10]他在9月16日先敲出大联盟首安，后来又很快敲出大联盟首轰。[11]这年他在大联盟的打击率为2成17。[12]2018年，他因为陷入低潮加上受伤，导致他整季都没有在大联盟出赛。
