巴里·布赞（Barry Buzan；1946年4月28日—），是英国伦敦经济学院国际关系学教授，哥本哈根大学荣誉教授。在国际关系领域中著述颇丰，在各界活动相当活跃。

他称自己的兴趣是：

1. 国际安全的概念和区域视角：
2. 国际历史，以及史前以来国际体系的演变；
3. 国际关系理论，特别是结构现实主义
4. 国际社会和国际关系学中的英国学派方法

经历

布赞在不列颠哥伦比亚大学取得本科学位（1968年）、伦敦经济学院取得博士学位（1973年）。

自1988年到2002年，他担任哥本哈根和平研究所项目主任；1995年到2002年在威斯敏斯特大学大学任国际关系学研究教授，之前是华威大学的国际关系学教授。在1993年任日本国际大学访问教授，1997-98年在瑞典任 Olof Palme任访问教授。

布赞曾是英国国际关系学会的主席（1988-90年），（北美）国际关系学会副主席（1993-94年），国际关系学协调理事会创立干事；从1999年成为国际关系学英国学派总召集人，从2004年起，他担任“欧洲国际关系学杂志”的编辑。在1998年，被选为英国国家学术院院士，2001年还被选为社会科学学会联合（Association of Learned Societies in the Social Sciences）院士。
