史考特·李察·霍夫（英语：Scott Richard Wolf，1968年6月4日—）是一名美国男演员。较知名的作品如电视剧《五口之家》（1994年至2000年）、《雪山镇》（2004年至2006年）和《V星入侵》（2009年至2011年）。

霍夫出生于马萨诸塞州的波士顿。他的母亲Susan（娘家姓Levy）和母亲Steven Wolf是保健执行人士[1][2][3]。他主要于纽泽西州长大。
