威廉·道格拉斯·福赛思，OBE（英语：William Douglass Forsyth，1909年1月5日—1993年3月3日），澳大利亚公务员和外交官。[1][2]1959年，福赛斯被任命为澳大利亚驻越南共和国大使，担任该职直至1961年，在此期间他还被任命为驻寮国公使。
