蓝睦[2]（英语：Ramu Abbagani[注 1]，1968年9月8日—），印度外交官，现任印度驻多米尼加共和国大使，曾任印度驻台湾副代表（印度-台北协会副会长）。
经历
[编辑]2001年，加入印度外事服务部，于2001年9月至2002年12月在印度外交学院接受培训。2003年1月至8月，担任外交部东亚司负责日本、韩国的官员。2003年8月至2007年12月，担任印度驻日本大使馆二等秘书。2007年12月至2010年8月，先后任印度外交部巴基斯坦、阿富汗与伊朗司副处长、处长。2010年8月至2013年7月，任外交部东亚司处长。2013年7月至2015年8月，任印度驻日本大使馆参赞。2015年8月至2019年6月，任印度驻泰国大使馆副团长。2019年6月至2022年1月，任印度外交部海外印度人事司联秘。[3]此外，他还曾任印度-台北协会副会长。[2]
2021年10月11日，蓝睦被任命为印度驻多米尼加共和国大使。[4][5][6]2022年1月至今，担任印度驻多米尼加共和国大使。[3]兼任印度驻海地大使。[7]2022年2月2日，蓝睦递交国书，他是印度在该国开设使馆以来派出的第一位常驻大使。[5][8]2024年3月，蓝睦代表印度商业部与多米尼加共和国签署了首个双边贸易和商业体制机制协议。[9]
