酢酱草组织

酢酱草组织（英语：shamrock organization），是爱尔兰管理学家韩第提出的组织结构^[1]。韩第认为企业组织人力，如酢酱草一般，由核心人力（英语：Profession Core）、契约人力（英语：Contractor）与临时人员（英语：Contingent work force）等三个部分组成。^[2]
