霍夫蟹（"Hoff crab"；Kiwa tyleri）是十足目异尾下目劣柱虾总科基瓦科的未命名物种，是除了基瓦多毛怪及雪人蟹以外的第三个物种。本物种于2010年在南极附近斯科舍板块上东斯科舍洋脊的海底热泉发现^[1]^[2]^[3] ，其后又于2011年在西南印度洋脊的深海喷泉再次发现^[4]。

这一种“霍夫蟹”于2010年得名于美国演员大卫·赫索霍夫^[5]，现时根据其线粒体DNA及细胞核的rDNA分析，确认这物种在遗传学上与基瓦多毛怪是不同的物种两者大约在1200万年前分开^[2]。
