《1939年杀婴法令（北爱尔兰）》（英语：Infanticide Act (Northern Ireland) 1939；c 5 (NI)）是北爱尔兰议会的一项法令，为北爱尔兰订定了与英格兰及威尔斯《1938年杀婴法令》类似的条文。
第1条 – 杀婴罪
[编辑]第1(1)及(2)条经《2009年死因裁判官及司法法令》第58条 （页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）修订，自2011年6月1日起生效。[2]
第1(3)条中的“or a verdict of not guilty on the ground of insanity”由《1986年精神健康（北爱尔兰）令》（SI 1986/595 (NI 4)）代替。
第1(4)条由《1967年刑事法律法令（北爱尔兰）》（c 18 (NI)）废除。
第2条 – 简称
[编辑]第2(2)条由《1952年成文法编正法令（北爱尔兰）》废除。
第2(3)条由《1954年释义法令（北爱尔兰）》（Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954）（c 33 (NI)）废除。
