C2BBe1(亦称ATCC CRL-2102、Caco-2BBe)是对表皮生长因子呈阳性反应的人类结肠腺癌细胞系 ,最初是在1988年通过有限稀释法,从一名72岁白人男性结肠腺癌患者的Caco-2细胞克隆出来而建系[1]。
特徴
[编辑]C2BBe1细胞会形成极性且形态与人类结肠形态相似的单层细胞,故而早已应用于研究细菌的黏附和侵袭[2][3]。分离的顶端刷状缘其实包含着微绒毛蛋白、丝束蛋白、蔗糖酶-异麦芽糖酶、 刷状缘肌凝蛋白-1、胞衬蛋白及肌凝蛋白-2等物质[1]。C2BBe1细胞表达的刷状缘肌凝蛋白-I的水平与人类肠上皮细胞相似,并且比亲本Caco-2细胞株更加均匀[1],但是C2BBe1细胞在微绒毛的长度及部分刷状缘蛋白表达水平方面仍然是不相同的。C2BBe1细胞目前可与小鼠派亚氏淋巴丛细胞共同培养,从而建立微皱褶细胞模型[4]。
