Usage

This returns a Billboard chart number based on a chart name. As is usual with Billboard, things are messy. For example, there are five distinct charts called "Digital Songs". In the absence of a better answer, they are called "Digital Songs", "Digital Songs B", "Digital Songs C", "Digital Songs D", and "Digital Songs E". Editors should feel free to add more reasonable names as aliases, but generally shouldn't delete the existing one.
