Bsci-century-range returns the range of years that make up the given century.

 Parameter 1 is any year in the century (1955, 1855, etc.), negative values should   
             be used for BC dates: -4355 for the year 4355 BC.
 Parameter 2 is the century name (1st century, 19th century, 2nd century BC, etc.)
