三氟甲硒醇四甲基銨是一種化合物，化學式為[(CH₃)₄N]SeCF₃，它可由四甲基氟化銨和SeCF₂反應製得。^[2]四甲基氟化銨、三甲基三氟甲基硅烷和紅硒的反應也能製得標題化合物。^[1]它和(TDAE)Br₂（TDAE為四(二甲氨基)乙烯）反應，可以得到(TDAE)(SeCF₃)₂。^[3]它和氟硼酸銀或氯化亞金反應，可以得到[M(SeCF₃)₂]⁻（M=Ag或Au）配合物。^[4]它可用於有機物的三氟甲硒基化反應。^[5]
