凱帕拉區（英語：Kaipara District）位於新西蘭北部，為北地大區轄區，分為四個區。

凱帕拉區群山環抱，位於凱帕拉港（英語：Kaipara Harbour）北岸——一個面向塔斯曼海的大型港口。該港口由凱帕拉區議會、北方大區議會及奧克蘭理事會共同管轄[2]。

凱帕拉區無主要的市區中心，但有許多的城鎮及村莊。總人口22,500 (2017年6月)[1]，其中大約有4,450人居住在凱帕拉區首府達格維爾。
