皇家蘭心劇院（Royal Lyceum Theatre）是蘇格蘭首府愛丁堡的一個劇院，有658個座位，以倫敦萊塞姆劇院命名。它建於1883年，由建築師Charles J. Phipps設計，由Howard和Wyndham 出資17,000英鎊建造[1]，[2] 皇家蘭心劇院只在1929年，1977年，1991年和1996年有過四次小規模翻修，仍是該建築師最完整的作品之一[3]。
1965年，這棟建築被愛丁堡公司收購，但現在該公司只是從愛丁堡市議會租賃。[4]
自1947年節日開始以來，皇家蘭心劇院一直是愛丁堡國際藝術節的主要場地之一,它的主人每年8月將房子租給訪問公司三個星期，通常再租一個星期給愛丁堡國際藝穗節公司[4]。
皇家蘭心劇院主要以上演戲劇而聞名。然而，它也上演了一些重要的歌劇，包括《蝴蝶夫人》[5]。
